WHAT KIND OF CAKES DO YOU MAKE? 

Please refer to "Cakes & Cupcakes" page, Facebook or Instagram for gallery.

Any cake requested from a photo and produced by Sweet Little Vintage cannot be guaranteed that the appearance will be exact as the photo. All cakes are handcrafted and each cake creation is unique. Sizing of cake, colour, floral, decorations and cake boards will vary at all times. 

Sweet Little Vintage are happy for you to send your inspiration. Please note however, cakes requested from a photo and produced by another cake designer can only be reproduced by Sweet Little Vintage as their interpretation and will not be copied as a reproduction as in the photo. 

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY CAKE?

As soon as you have a date, please place an enquiry. If the date requested is available and you are happy to proceed with the quote, full payment is required upon confirmation of the order. The date will not be reserved until the payment has been made.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I PROVIDE?

Firstly the date of event, the amount of guests you would like to serve, images for inspiration and any other information for the design.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR CAKES?

Cakes are all priced individually and according to your specific needs and design. 

CAN I ORDER A CAKE AT SHORT NOTICE?

Yes, provided at least three days notice and pending availability for your date at the time. 

CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN FRESH OR ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS?

Unfortunately no for hygiene purposes and pesticide contamination. 

HOW SHOULD I TRANSPORT MY CAKE?

Cakes are chilled and ready for transport upon collection. It is recommended your cake be held by a passenger or placed on the floor of the passenger seat footwell (please ensure it's clear of items and clean). Cakes are very fragile and care must be taken when transporting. Please ensure to refrigerate your cake as soon as possible. Sweet Little Vintage take NO RESPONSIBILITY once your cake has been collected.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Delivery is available. Please refer to "Services" page for more information. 

CAN I ORDER ANY OF YOUR OTHER PRODUCTS AT SHORT NOTICE?

Yes, in-house cupcakes of the day, Luxe Dessert Boxes and Luxe Gourmet Gift Hampers are always available.




TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order. By proceeding with an order, purchase, supplying information, images or review you are in agreement with our Terms and Conditions as stated below.

These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Sweet Little Vintage. Sweet Little Vintage, we to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.sweetlittlevintage.com.au
They are effective from 26th August 2015 and will replace all earlier Sweet Little Vintage terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.
We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
To make a purchase from Sweet Little Vintage you must be 18 years of age or over.
Purchases may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption and not for re-supply (whether in trade or otherwise). 
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER OR CANCEL AN ORDER AT ANY TIME.

QUOTES ARE ONLY VALID FOR SEVEN DAYS FROM DATE QUOTED.

PLEASE ENSURE ALL REQUESTS FOR THE ORDER ARE CONFIRMED WITH SWEET LITTLE VINTAGE.

WE DO NOT CATER FOR ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY.

GIFT BOXES WITH ANY REQUEST TO CONTAIN A LIQUOR BOTTLE WILL BE LIMITED TO ONLY ONE LIQUOR BOTTLE PER GIFT BOX (section 43 of the Liquor Act LGRL Licensing NT). The purchaser must be 18 years of age.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Sweet Little Vintage will only accept bookings up to two months in advance (pending availability). prior to function date.

All orders require full payment upon confirmation of the order. The date will not be reserved until the payment is made.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY FOR ORDERS SECURED AND PAID IN FULL.  APPLIES TO COVID CANCELLATIONS ALSO.

CANCELLATION WILL INCUR 50% FORFEITURE  ON ALL ORDERS NO CREDIT OR CREDIT TO TRANSFER TO ALTERNATIVE DATE NO EXCEPTIONS. 

CANCELLATIONS MADE FOUR WEEKS OR LESS OF FUNCTION DATE WILL INCURE 100% FORFEITURE (excludes wedding cakes).

WEDDING CAKE CANCELLATION MADE EIGHT WEEKS OR LESS OF FUNCTION DATE WILL INCURE 100% FORFEITURE.

A COVID LOCKDOWN WILL INCURE 100% FORFEITURE IF ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN PREPARED. 

IF CANCELLATION IS MADE WELL BEFORE THE TIME FRAME STATED ABOVE, 50% OF PAYMENT MADE WILL BE REFUNDED (excluding any cake topper, flowers, cake stand / board or other decorations ordered for the cake / this will be deducted off the remaining 50% refund).  

PLEASE NOTE
Please speak with Sweet Little Vintage should there be a request for an alternative date before cancelling the order. Contact Sweet Little Vintage immediately within four weeks for orders EXCLUDING WEDDING CAKE orders which require eight weeks prior to original function date secured (including if affected by COVID). We are happy to offer a solution, such as an alternative date (pending availability) and transfer the remaining 50% of funds (if applicable) to a new date. The request is not guaranteed and is made at the discretion of Sweet Little Vintage. Requests to change an order, the same conditions apply.
Requests are only accepted by email to info@sweetlittlevintage.com.au 
Should the request be approved by Sweet Little Vintage the transferred 50% will be valid for strictly four weeks from original order date. NO FURTHER TRANSFERRED FUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF ANOTHER CANCELLATION IS MADE. THIS WILL INCURE A FORFEITURE.

Upon collection or delivery of the product in the accepted condition, Sweet Little Vintage will no longer accept any responsibility once the product is handed over to the customer. No responsibility will be taken for the product appearance or any damage to the product due to travelling or any negligence by the customer thereafter.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.

THE CUSTOMER HAS AN OPTION NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION / DELIVERY IF NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCT. SWEET LITTLE VINTAGE WILL ALWAYS OFFER A RESOLUTION SHOULD THIS OCCUR AT THE TIME.

Products that have been delivered by Sweet Little Vintage in a faulty manner, such as the product being destroyed in appearance or inedible due to accidental damage may receive a full refund.

ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE REFRIGERATED AT ALL TIMES, WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY.

AVAILABILITY AND SUPPLY

All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services.

PRICING

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.

An invoice may be sent to you by email or mobile phone once you place your order and have made full payment. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO COLLECTION / DELIVERY.
CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (SQUARE and STRIPE payment portal) or BANK TRANSFER (allow up to 3 - 5 business days for funds to clear).

PUBLICATION

We reserve the right to use any image of our products by Sweet Little Vintage for publication. Images remain the property of Sweet Little Vintage. Images that are not the property of Sweet Little Vintage and sent to us by the customer are never published without consent from the customer.

LIABILITY LIMITATION

We will always endeavour to have complete and accurate information on our website but to the greatest extent permissible by law we assume no responsibility for the completeness and current accuracy of the information provided on our website.
To the greatest extent permissible by law, we exclude all liability we may have to you for any claim except where we have acted in bad faith. This exclusion also applies for the benefit of every officer, employee, contractor, agent of us and anyone else we use to perform our duties or provide services under any agreement you have with us. None of the persons specified above is liable or has to pay you for anything else in connection with or resulting from anything any of us does or does not do, or delays in doing, whether or not it is contemplated or authorised by any agreement you have with us. This exclusion applies whatever you are claiming for and in whatever way liability might arise. This exclusion does not limit any inalienable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Unless we otherwise agree in writing, this agreement contains all the terms of our relationship and continues to apply no matter where you are located at the time any goods or services are provided to you by us and irrespective of the location where you reside.
Use of our website, supply of products or services by us to you and any other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Australia. The Courts of Australia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these terms of trade, or with the use of website or supply of any services.
Where you or any other person who you act for, or who you permit to act for you supplies incorrect information for the purchase of a product or service and we incur cost in any matter concerning that name then we may recover the costs incurred by us from you (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis).
You agree to use our website, products and services in accordance with the applicable laws of the country or countries where your business or organisation is based. 

PRIVACY POLICY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

We may use personal information that we collect about you to provide products and services to you and to administer orders and payments relating to your purchases from us. 
We may disclose your personal information as required by law.
Where you have provided information to us on a confidential basis, we will hold that information in confidence, except as required by law. We cannot guarantee that our website is secure, and we cannot be held responsible for a breach of our website security that is beyond our control.
You can request details of your personal information that we hold, and ask us to correct it, at any time.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by notice, which may be in the form of a notice posted on our website at www.sweetlittlevintage.com.au
If we fail to enforce any terms or to exercise our rights under these terms and conditions at any time, we have not waived those rights.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and the parties shall adjust their respective rights and obligations in accordance with the spirit and intent of the parties as shown by these terms and conditions.
Unless any provision in this agreement expressly provides otherwise, these terms and conditions are not intended to confer a benefit on any person or class of person who is not a party to it.
We may deliver notices to you by sending them to an email address that you have notified to us.
