ORDERS IN PLACE WITH A DEPOSIT OR FULLY PAID FOR A FUNCTION FROM 17TH MARCH - 17TH SEPTEMBER QUALIFY FOR A DATE CHANGE / CREDIT.
Please speak with Sweet Little Vintage should there be a request for an alternative date before cancelling the order. Contact Sweet Little Vintage immediately with minimum 2 weeks notice for cupcake and celebration cake orders, and minimum 8 weeks notice for wedding cake orders prior to original function date secured. We are happy to offer a solution, such as an alternative date (pending availability) or credit.
CUPCAKE AND CELEBRATION CAKE ORDERS - 3 MONTH EXTENSION
WEDDING CAKE ORDERS - 6 MONTH EXTENSION
DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, THE EXTENSION (NEW DATE) WILL BE FROM THE ORIGINAL FUNCTION DATE WAS BOOKED (3 MONTHS CELEBRATION CAKES / 6 MONTHS WEDDING CAKES). NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS AFTER A DATE CHANGE. CREDIT TO BE USED WITHIN SPECIFIED TIME FRAME FOR ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS UNTIL CREDIT BALANCE IS ZERO.
The request is not guaranteed and is made at the discretion of Sweet Little Vintage.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Please read our terms and conditions before placing an order.
By proceeding with an order, purchase, supplying information, images or review you are in agreement with our Terms and Conditions as stated below.
These terms and conditions govern all supply of goods and services ("products") by Sweet Little Vintage. Sweet Little Vintage, we to you, the purchaser of goods and services from us, including your use of the website at www.sweetlittlevintage.com.au
They are effective from 26th August 2015 and will replace all earlier Sweet Little Vintage terms of trade and any conditions contained in any document used by you and purporting to have contractual effect.
We reserve the right to change these terms of trade by notice to you. Notice may be given by posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
To make a purchase from Sweet Little Vintage you must be 18 years of age or over.
Purchases may only be made by persons who are acquiring goods or services for their own use or consumption, and you must not acquire goods from us via the website, phone, email or from our pop up shop for resupply (whether in trade or otherwise).
If you are purchasing on behalf of another entity such as a company you warrant you have the authorisation to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the entity.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS ON AUSTRALIAN AND LOCAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY'S, EASTER AND CHRISTMAS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER OR CANCEL AN ORDER AT ANY TIME.
QUOTES ARE ONLY VALID FOR 14 DAYS FROM DATE QUOTED.
Cupcakes or a cake requested from a photo and produced by another cake maker, can only be reproduced by Sweet Little Vintage as our interpretation of the cupcakes or cake and will not be an exact reproduction as in the photo.
Any cupcakes or a cake requested from a photo and produced by Sweet Little Vintage, we cannot guarantee that the appearance of the product are exact as the photo as we hand style and each product is unique. No product is ever identical. Buttercream Colours, drip colours, piping variations, drips, sprinkles, floral (artificial, fresh, sugar), other decorations and toppings will vary at all times.
WE DO NOT CATER FOR ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS. WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY.
GIFT BOXES WITH ANY REQUEST TO CONTAIN A LIQUOR BOTTLE WILL BE LIMITED TO ONLY ONE LIQUOR BOTTLE PER GIFT BOX (section 43 of the Liquor Act LGRL Licensing NT).
Sweet Little Vintage will only accept bookings up to six months in advance (pending availability). Cupcakes require at least one weeks notice and cakes require at least two weeks notice (pending availability) prior to function date.
WE WELCOME ORDERS AT SHORT NOTICE (pending availability).
Cupcakes and Cakes require full payment upon confirmation of the order. The date will not be reserved until the payment is made.
Wedding cakes require a 50% deposit (non - refundable) upon confirmation of the order should the order be secured six months in advance (if less than six months full payment is required). The date will not be reserved until the deposit is made. Final payment is due eight weeks prior to the function date. Please speak with Sweet Little Vintage should there be a request regarding a payment plan.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY FOR ORDERS SECURED AND PAID IN FULL.
CANCELLATIONS WILL INCUR 50% FORFEITURE ON ALL ORDERS. NO CREDIT OR TRANSFER TO ALTERNATIVE DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CUPCAKE AND CAKE CANCELLATIONS MADE FOUR WEEKS OR LESS OF FUNCTION DATE WILL INCURE 100% FORFEITURE (excludes wedding cakes).
WEDDING CAKE CANCELLATIONS MADE TWELVE WEEKS OR LESS OF FUNCTION DATE WILL INCURE 100% FORFEITURE.
IF THE ORDER HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL AND CANCELLATIONS ARE MADE WELL BEFORE THE TIME FRAME STATED ABOVE, THE REMAINING 50% OF PAYMENT MADE (not original 50% deposit) WILL BE REFUNDED (excluding any cake topper, flowers, cake stand / board or other decorations ordered for the cake / this will be deducted off the remaining 50% refund).
Please speak with Sweet Little Vintage should there be a request for an alternative date before cancelling the order. Contact Sweet Little Vintage immediately within four weeks for cupcakes and cakes / wedding cakes twelve weeks prior to original function date secured. We are happy to offer a solution, such as an alternative date (pending availability) and transfer the 50% deposit to a new date. The request is not guaranteed and is made at the discretion of Sweet Little Vintage. Requests to change an order, the same conditions apply.
Requests are only accepted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the "CONTACT US" form on our web page at www.sweetlittlevintage.com.au
Should the request be approved by Sweet Little Vintage the transferred deposit will be valid for strictly three months from the date the change is made. NO TRANSFERRED DEPOSIT WILL BE ACCEPTED IF ANOTHER CANCELLATION IS MADE.
Upon collection or delivery of the product in the accepted condition, Sweet Little Vintage will no longer accept any responsibility once the product is handed over to the customer. No responsibility will be taken for the product appearance or any damage to the product due to travelling or any negligence by the customer thereafter.
WE DO NOT OFFER ANY EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. A CUSTOMER HAS AN OPTION NOT TO ACCEPT AN ORDER AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION / DELIVERY IF NOT ENTIRELY HAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCT. SWEET LITTLE VINTAGE WILL ALWAYS OFFER A RESOLUTION SHOULD THIS OCCUR AT THE TIME.
products that have been delivered by Sweet Little Vintage in a faulty manner, such as the product being destroyed in appearance or inedible due to accidental damage may receive a full refund.
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE REFRIGERATED AT ALL TIMES, WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY!
ACRYLIC CAKE TOPPERS
We put our blood, sweat and glitter into creating your beautiful custom made products. We have every faith that you will be as thrilled as we are with the product. Due to the hard work and time that goes into the careful preparation of each product, we must ask that you take the utmost care in placing your order. Design requirements are requested through an email so make sure to spell check your design request! We have a no cancellation policy once the order is paid for, and offer no refunds or exchanges.
At times, toppers can have minor laser burn marks. This is caused by laser cutting and engraving acrylic and timber. It is not considered a fault; in fact we think it adds a little vintage to your treat! If however the item you purchased is faulty, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please include a photograph and we will review and be in touch.
NO EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM MADE ACRYLIC CAKE TOPPERS OR CUSTOM MADE DECORATIONS ONCE PAID FOR.
AVAILABILITY & SUPPLY
All orders are subject to the availability of those products or services.
All prices are in Australian dollars & exclude GST.
All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice.
An invoice will be emailed to you via mobile phone or email once you place your order and have made a payment. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

This exclusion applies whatever you are claiming for and in whatever way liability might arise. This exclusion does not limit any inalienable rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Our maximum liability to you (if any) shall be limited to the value of any faulty products or services supplied by us and we, our employees, contractors and agents, will not be liable to you for loss or damage of any kind however that loss or damage is caused or arises.
APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
Unless we otherwise agree in writing, this agreement contains all the terms of our relationship and continues to apply no matter where you are located at the time any goods or services are provided to you by us and irrespective of the location where you reside.
Use of our website, supply of products or services by us to you and any other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Australia. The Courts of Australia shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of or in connection with these terms of trade, or with the use of website or supply of any services.
Where you or any other person who you act for, or who you permit to act for you supplies incorrect information for the purchase of a product or service and we incur cost in any matter concerning that name then we may recover the costs incurred by us from you (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis).
You agree to use our website, products and services in accordance with the applicable laws of the country or countries where your business or organisation is based.
We may use personal information that we collect about you to provide products and services to you and to administer orders and payments relating to your purchases from us.
We may disclose your personal information as required by law.
Where you have provided information to us on a confidential basis, we will hold that information in confidence, except as required by law. We cannot guarantee that our website is secure, and we cannot be held responsible for a breach of our website security that is beyond our control.

If we fail to enforce any terms or to exercise our rights under these terms and conditions at any time, we have not waived those rights.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and the parties shall adjust their respective rights and obligations in accordance with the spirit and intent of the parties as shown by these terms and conditions.
Unless any provision in this agreement expressly provides otherwise, these terms and conditions are not intended to confer a benefit on any person or class of person who is not a party to it.
We may deliver notices to you by sending them to an email address that you have notified to us.
